2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Instructions
