Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach
1 (7-oz.) pkg. (3 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (10-oz.) can tomatoes with chiles, undrained
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 °F. Prepare spinach and cook macaroni as directed on packages.
In ungreased 2-quart ovenproof casserole, combine cooked spinach, cooked macaroni, tomatoes with chiles, sour cream and half of the cheese; mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 °F. for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
