2 ounces (4 tablespoons) amaretto liqueur

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream of coconut
3 dashes of angostura bitters
Crushed ice
Garnish: fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
Instructions
Combine pineapple juice, amaretto liqueur, rum, lime juice, cream of coconut, and angostura bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a crushed ice-filled glass. Garnish, if desired.
