6 oz, without shell cooked lobster
2 oz mayonnaise
1 small stalk celery
1 tbsp green onion
1 tsp tabasco
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
1. Mix all items, except for lettuce, in a bowl with a spatula.
2. Serve on lettuce. Enjoy!
