Ingredients

2 cups white beans
0.12 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup chopped or diced chili pepper, roasted
1/2 tsp sage

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in food processor.

2. Puree until smooth.

3. Taste for seasoning; add salt and pepper as needed.

4. Note: you can use canned Ortega chili peppers.
