Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

4 cups orange juice, chilled
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups club soda, chilled
Ice cubes
10 orange slices (optional)

Instructions

Combine orange juice and pineapple juice in a pitcher. Stir in club soda just before serving. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish each serving with 1 orange slice, if desired.
Kids Can Help: For extra fun, kids can place cubes of pineapple in an ice-cube tray, and then parents can pour juice over them. Freeze, and then add them to the punch.
