Lunch: Grilled Cabbage Salad

Recipe by Robin Bashinsky When chopped cabbage meets grill, a beautiful thing happens. Once you fire this simple summer side, you'll start to wonder what other fresh veggies you can toss on the barbecue for your next cookout.

Ingredients

1 (2-pound) head red cabbage, cut into 8 wedges
Cooking spray
6 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
