Broccoli is one of the non-starchy vegetables that has a very low glycemic index (GI), which is beneficial for reducing blood sugar levels. Broccoli is also a source of DIM (Diindolymethane). Diindolymethane is very effective in reducing the testosterone levels in the body, an action that would automatically curb male dominant features and regulate the estrogen levels in the system.

Ingredients

2 cans (18.6 oz each) Progresso™ Rich & Hearty chicken pot pie style soup
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 bag (1 lb) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

Heat oven to 375 °F. In 3-quart saucepan, stir together soups, thyme leaves and pepper. Stir in vegetables and chicken. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture just begins to boil. Reduce heat; cook 3 to 4 minutes longer. Pour into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
Cut biscuits into fourths and place around outside edges of baking dish over hot chicken mixture.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and baked through.
