Lunch: Avocado Cream Sauce

For a healthy but creamy sauce, try this Avocado Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 large avocado, ripe
1/2 cup reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 lime, juiced
kosher salt
black pepper, ground

Instructions

Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a food processor and add the yogurt, lime juice and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
