Lunch: Crunchy-Topped Mini-Biscuit Wedges

Serve these crunchy biscuit wedges made using Pillsbury® Grands!® Jr. Golden Layers® biscuits with your stew or soup.

Ingredients

1 (12-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated biscuits
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
3/4 cup finely crushed corn chips

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 °F. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. With scissors, cut each into quarters; place in medium bowl. Drizzle with margarine; toss to coat. Add chips; toss to coat. Place biscuit quarters separately on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 °F. for 6 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Use as a topping for chilies, soups or stews.
