Chia seeds are made up of 60% Omega-3 fatty acids and are the highest source of protein out of any type of seed.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Splenda
¼ cup PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Mix cocoa powder, Splenda, and PB2 together, and incorporate well so there are no lumps.
Stir in the chia seeds and stir well to combine.
Whisk in the milk and vanilla. Let side for 5 minutes, then whisk again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
