Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
3/4 cup egg whites
3 cloves garlic
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
10 oz spinach, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray.

3. Pour mixture into pie pan.

4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 45-50 minutes.
