Please support us! ^^ Maria & Stefan Ingredients: 1. 200 ml = 6. 763 fl oz, milk 2. one egg, large 3. a pinch of salt 4. quarter teaspoon oil 5. 5 teaspoons honey 材料: 1. 200 ml = 6.763 fl oz, 暖奶 2. 一只蛋, 大 3. 少許鹽 4. 1/4 茶匙油 5. 5 茶匙蜜糖 做法: 中小火煮 3 分鐘奶後攤凍, 待用. 一只大旦向一方向打 1 分鐘後加入 5 茶匙蜜糖, 少許鹽和 1/4 茶匙油拌勻後打 30 秒, 30 秒後, 隨少加入微暖奶拌至混合後打 30 秒後, 用濾器濾出雜物和泡沫 2 次後倒蛋料入 蒸碗, 有泡沫要取出, 蓋錫紙光亮面向低, 待用. 放蒸架, 水要到蒸架, 大火煮滚, 才放入蒸碗, 蓋面, 教中小火蒸 7 分鍾, 7 分鍾後, 関火在熱爐上焗 15 分, 15 分後取出蒸碗, 取出錫紙, 蒸蛋很軟要等 20 分蒸蛋形結後, 可進食.
