Dinner: Egg & Sausage Quiche

A delicious quiche with sausage, cheese and a hint of deli mustard.

Total Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup fluid heavy cream
4 extra large eggs
1 dash pepper
3 tsps yellow deli mustard
1 dash salt
16 oz pork sausage
1 cup water

Instructions

1. Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain.

2. Heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

3. Whip eggs, cream, water, mustard, salt and pepper.

4. Pour egg mixture into pie pan.

5. Top with crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, a bit longer if you like it firmer.
