Ingredients
0.12 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
0.12 tsp salt
1 oz unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice (2 tsp)
1 lb fresh green beans
1 tsp garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Place beans in a steamer basket.
2. Steam for 7 to 10 minutes our until beans are crisp-tender.
3. Remove beans from the steamer and place in a serving bowl.
4. Combine garlic, butter, lemon juice, blending well.
5. Add garlic mixture, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to green beans, tossing to mix.
6. Makes six 2/3 cup servings. Enjoy.
