Ingredients
2 can light tuna in olive oil
2 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 can cannellini (white kidney beans)
1 large red bell pepper
Instructions
Drain 2 tablespoons oil from tuna into a large bowl (discard remaining oil). Whisk in vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Break tuna in large chunks. Add to bowl with remaining ingredients. Toss gently to mix.
