Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. One tbsp of honey has a glycemic index (GI) of 55.

Ingredients

1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp honey

Instructions

1. Put strawberries and spinach in blender.

2. Add water to consistency you like, about half a cup, and a few ice cubes.

3. Blend. Add honey. Blend further.

4. Instead of honey you can use Stevia.

5. Note: don't be afraid to substitute ingredients. This is a great way of getting in fruits and vegetables (without being disgusted) as this will taste sweet.
