Instructions

1. Cut the raw chicken breast into bite sized pieces.

2. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.

3. Add chicken, garlic powder and onion powder; stir.

4. Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks in juice and brown sugar.

5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.

6. Add frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes of cooking and cook on high.
