Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon celery seed
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (46 oz) can vegetable juice
4 shakes hot sauce, (recommend: Paula Deen Hot Sauce)
1 (4 oz) can pureed pickled jalapenos
ribs of celery, for garnish

Instructions

Pour the juice into a large pitcher. Add the pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, celery seed, hot sauce, and jalapenos. Stir well. Serve over ice with celery sticks as stirrers.
