100 g feta cheese
1 dash pepper, to taste
1 dash salt, to taste
2 tbsps olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
15 small black olives
1 cucumber, sliced
1 head cos lettuce
1 small red onion, cut into rings
1 small green pepper, cut into strips
15 cherries tomatoes, halved
1 small red pepper cut into strips
Instructions
1. Place all salad ingredients into a bowl and crumble over feta cheese.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
