1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Whisk together lemon juice, garlic and Dijon mustard.
2. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
3. Stir in cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Add to lettuce, toss and serve!
