Ingredients

2 large strawberries
Ice
3 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounces water
1 1/2 ounces Simple Syrup
2 lemon wedges

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries. Add ice and the lemon juice, water and Simple Syrup. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the lemon wedges.
