Broccoli is one of the non-starchy vegetables that has a very low glycemic index (GI), which is beneficial for reducing blood sugar levels. Broccoli is also a source of DIM (Diindolymethane). 1 package macaroni and cheese mix, Kraft®
1 1/2 c. leftover broccoli florets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Transfer to a medium baking dish or casserole dish. Add broccoli and stir to combine. Transfer to a medium casserole dish. Bake about 10 minutes or until heated through.
