2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons mustard
dash salt
dash pepper
squirt lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 cups oil

Instructions

Put ingredients in blender, as they cream slowly add oil until you have desired consistency. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
