Ingredients

4 avocados, pitted
Juice of 1 lime
1 c. chopped pineapple
1/4 c. Chopped red onion
1 jalapeño, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
kosher salt
Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and garlic and season with salt. Top with cilantro.
