Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

2 Orange slices
2 pineapple sticks
2 brandied cherries
1 fresh cherry
2 oz. Blanton's Original Bourbon
1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle 1 orange slice, 1 fresh pineapple stick and 2 brandied cherries. Fill with ice, add 2 ounces of Blanton's Original Bourbon, 1/2 ounce of maraschino liqueur 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 ounce of simple syrup (1 part sugar to 1 part water). Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with 1 orange slice, 1 pineapple stick and a fresh cherry.
