2 cups water
1 cup amaranth
Raisins
Dried Cranberries
Honey
Milk

Instructions

Add 1 cup of amaranth to 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Add milk, raisins, dried cranberries, and honey as desired.
