Ingredients

1 cup quartered radishes
1 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 to 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon roasted ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 Persian cucumbers, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
1 Honeycrisp apple, cored and finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 serrano chile, finely diced (about 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Taste for seasoning, adding more lime juice if needed.
