Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces dry gin
1 1/2 ounces unfiltered apple cider (such as Zeigler's)
1/2 ounce red vermouth (such as Dolin)
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grenadine

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, and strain into a glass.
