Ingredients
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsps mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsps red bell pepper
12 oz canned salmon
2 slices mixed grain bread
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients (except for bread crumbs) well, and shape into croquettes.
2. Dip in dry crumbs. Set on ungreased pan.
3. Bake in hot oven at 450 °F (220 °C) for 20 minutes.
