Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1 tsp garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps feta cheese
3 cups spinach
1 cup chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add peppers and sauté for 1 minute, turn heat down to medium and continue sautéing for 3 minutes.

3. Add garlic and lemon juice sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

4. Add spinach. Sauté until all the spinach has wilted.

5. Off heat and stir in feta. Serve immediately.
