1 oz dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
Instructions
1. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
2. Place chicken in shallow bowl.
3. Pour half of the mixture over chicken and turn to coat.
4. Let stand 10 minutes.
5. Grill chicken, basting with remaining sauce until no longer pink inside, approximately 12 minutes.
