its a kind of dry preperation but we have to boil beans till tender and water has to evouprate and tossed in whole garam masala and served it with roties. Lobia (boiled) black eyed bean 1c Mustard seeds 1ts Cumin seeds 1 ts Onions 2 n Salt Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Hing pinch Tomatoes chopped 2 n Coriander powder 1 tb Coriander chopped 1 b Oil 2 bt Turmeric Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, hing, turmeric and chopped tomatoes, and mix it, and coriander powder, chilly powder, add water, and add Lobia (black eyed pea which has been soaked for 2 hrs and cooked till tender) add chopped coriander leaves, cook for some time and switch off the flame.
