Dinner: Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Basil is an excellent stress reliever, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ingredients

2 tbsps butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
0.12 tsp leaves basil
0.12 tsp onion powder
0.12 tsp black pepper
1 1/4 tbsps mayonnaise
1 fl oz lemon juice
1 lb tilapia fish

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven's broiler.

2. Grease broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.

3. In small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice.

4. Season with basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.

5. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

6. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the parmesan mixture on the top side.

7. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the fish is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook the fish.
