Radish adds its distinct flavour, while roasted beaten rice and coconut add a mild but interesting flavour and texture. http://www.vahrehvah.com/tangy-curry-kata-meeta-daal Ingredients: Apple 2 n Sugar 250 g Cinnamon powder 1 ts Corn flour 1 tb All purpose flour 2 tb Salt Baking powder 1 pinch Ice water 2 cups Walnut 5 n Directions: Take a bowl add cinnamon powder, corn flour, all purpose flour, pinch of salt, baking powder, mix it well, remove the apple skin and cut them in to wedges, put the apple wedges into the batter, and deep fry them. For caramel Heat a pan, add sugar and make a light caramel and drop the deep fried apple wedges.
