Ingredients

2 tbsps chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
3 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1 can tomato soup
42 oz chicken broth
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
4 limes yield lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp garlic
1 cup chopped onion
20 oz tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup kernels corn
1 jalapeno
8 fl oz red wine

Instructions

1. In a skillet cook trimmed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a little chicken broth along with onion until done.

2. Empty contents of skillet into soup pot and add rest of chicken broth, tomatoes and chilies, jalapeno (optional), corn, tomato soup, juice from limes, spices, wine, Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Add cilantro, heat through and ladle into bowls. Enjoy!

4. Note: you can add a tablespoon of fat free sour cream for extra deliciousness and also add tortilla chips on top for crunch.
