Ingredients
4 avocados
1/4 white onion
1/2 c. Chopped cilantro
1 tomato
1 Serrano pepper
Lime juice to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chipotle adobo (see Tips & Techniques)
Pumpkin Seeds Adobadas (optional)
Instructions
Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the meat into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, lime juice, and more chipotle adobo, if desired.
