Ingredients

6 chunks of pineapple
8 mint leaves
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Juice from a lime
Couple pieces of lime
2 oz. Bacardi Limón rum
1 splash soda

Instructions

Muddle all ingredients but rum in a glass. Add ice, rum, and a splash of soda. Stir well. Garnish with pineapple.
