3 avocados
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 lime, zested and juiced
1/2 white onion, diced
Pinch of chile powder

Instructions

Scoop the avocadoes into a bowl. Add the tomatoes, lime zest and juice, onion, chile powder and cumin. Mash until combined but still chunky. Stir in the cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
