Ingredients

225 g cottage cheese, lowfat
4 medium eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsps lemon zest
125 g pineapple
45 g sweetener
20 g corn flour

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Put it in a buttered pan and bake it for 25 minutes at 440 °F (225 °C).

3. Let it cool for a few minutes.

4. Dig in and enjoy!
