Ingredients

1 cup chilled blackberries
1 cup chilled buttermilk
2 tablespoons honey
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Combine the chilled blackberries with the chilled buttermilk, honey and salt in a blender and puree until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until well-chilled, about 15 minutes. Pour the smoothies into tall glasses and serve.
