Ingredients
1 lb asparagus
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp omega butter spread
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
Instructions
1. Steam asparagus over salted water until crisp tender.
2. Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in a dry fry pan over medium-high heat until lightly golden. Set aside.
3. Melt buttery spread (like Smart Balance) in microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk in honey and lemon juice.
4. Toss cooked asparagus with the honey lemon butter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
