Ingredients

1 dash pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 stalks large celery, diced
1 head boston lettuce
4 medium mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can tuna, packed in water
2 oz cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

1. Drain tuna and break up with a fork.

2. In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, mushrooms, celery, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

3. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Serve in lettuce leaves.
