Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

1/2 cup baby spinach
5 leaves mint
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups diced pineapple
2 cups cucumber

Instructions

1. Put the pineapple and the cucumber into the blender.

2. Add the other ingredients and blend together.

3. Note: add a bit of crushed ice into the blender if you want it to be fresher.
