Lunch: Rainbow Sangria

Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

3 c. blackberries
3 c. blueberries
6 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 c. diced pineapple
2 c. diced frozen mango
8 mandarin oranges, peeled
2 c. Halved strawberries
1 1/2 bottles white wine
1/2 c. triple sec
Juice of 3 limes
1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

In a large glass pitcher, layer blackberries, blueberries, kiwis, pineapple, mango, oranges, and strawberries.
In a separate bowl, stir together white wine, triple sec, lime juice, and sugar until combined.
Pour liquid into pitcher and stir, then ladle into glasses.
