Ingredients
1 can tuna, in water
1 medium whole tomato
1/3 medium red onion, sliced
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
1. Cut tomato into wedges.
2. Drain tuna.
3. Place tuna, tomato wedges, and sliced red onions on plate and drizzle oil over the top.
4. Enjoy.
5. Note: for best results, try to get all ingredients in each bite. Vary ingredient amounts as desired.
