Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, plus sliced strawberries, for garnish
2 cups pineapple chunks
1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 frozen bananas
1/2 avocado
6 to 8 ice cubes

Instructions

Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
