Health and fertility benefits of Sautéed Spinach with Garlic and Lemon

Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 clove garlic
2 bag spinach
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

In 5- to 6-quart saucepot, heat oil on medium-high until hot. Add garlic and cook 1 minute or until golden, stirring.
Add spinach, with water clinging to leaves, in 2 to 3 batches; cook 2 minutes or until all spinach fits in saucepot. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or just until spinach wilts, stirring once. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
