Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and also one of the best sources of vitamin D. Keeping vitamin D levels up is important to women with PCOS.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain yogurt
2 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped Italian flat leaf parsley

Instructions

Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Stir together cream cheese, yogurt , crab meat, and salmon in a bowl. Stir in cooled onion. Season with garlic salt and black pepper. Pour mixture into a shallow serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
