Ingredients
1/2 small onion, grated
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
For the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together the onion, ketchup, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire and paprika. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper. For the salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cranberries, pistachios and walnuts. Toss well. Serve with the dressing on the side.
